I bought it and at first it was very simple to use…but after spending hours on my presentation, it would only play half way through and then the application crashed over and over…..AWESOME…..Thumbs down for this crappy app….I want my $$$ back.

because: - very bad to change settings, such as duration of picture show. - does not support audio formats, such as m4a which used by iTunes. - no possibility that the app random picture order as in iPhoto I stoped testing it, since this would be wasting my time.

I don’t mind paying but if it does not work, why?

If you choose this app.; you will pay after built your movie, because app put something on your movie center.

I had a lot of FUN learning (more like playing) with this program. I was able to quickly create a picture music video that made me feel like a PRO! Exporting the movie requires visiting Ephnic’s online store -- the prices are reasonable though. I will be making some nice gifts in time for Christmas with this movie maker.

Its a really good app if you dont mind the constant glitches.

It’s not intuitive. I’m pretty sure the developer wrote the other review. PS This is exactly the same as another app in the app store that I hated.

RIP OFF. Cant put pictures in to make a slide show. Huck of junk!

My creative side never had a chance to click in. Might be fine for someone wanting to produce a very basic movie incorporating film clips, stills and music.

I’m currently using this app to create a slide show video of my sister’s wedding from city hall from all the pictures and videos I took of that day so she can share, cry and laugh about that day. So far it’s letting me put together the pics I have and use some effects to write a note or two as well as have their song play in the background. However, I come to a problem where I cant lower the volume of the music so you can clearly hear them recite their nuptials so I have to cut the song to a certain point, then add the song and cut it again so it can start at the place where I left off ( where the video begins). It works great besides that. If you overlap songs it will force close and prompt an error message saying it is corrupt; its not corrupt- just move the song to prevent it from overlayying and it will work perfectly. I’ve tried other apps that won’t even open. This does eaxctly what I need.

so i was making a video and everything of my own. and when i was done editing within 3 days and then i pressed “build movie” and it said you have to purchase. so now i have to pay like $30.

so it was all good until i had to buy someting for $6 and when i downloaded it the whole video was black but the audio was still working. so it really wasted my time

This has been a buggy, counter-interuitive app and I have had a bad experience with it. Unless I’m mistaken, it won’t accept images with date stamps and it’s a huge issue to not be able to adjust the duration of the image, only the theme/transition. I even had images set to 3 seconds in Preferences but many images were inserted at over 5 seconds. It would not pull up images from my desktop even though there was a menu option for it, and I still don’t know what actually happens when you select Synch Duration. Clicking on the settings gear rarely yields results, and sometimes dragging any feature to the timeline makes the timeline ‘black’ out. Other bugs have occured in one sitting. Even for $6, I feel this app could be strengthened tremendously. Also, it’s not clear to me what “3 times” means (three times to open the program? export a video? what is the detail that I missed here?), so I am more stressed out attempting to finish my work. I suppose since I’m in a hurry to NEVER use this app again, that’s fine, but I was really looking forward to an easy-to-use app to create a musical slideshow for family and friends.

I thought this would be a great editor, it was such a great one at the start. Sadly A bit later it turned everything black. The subtitles were there but no video. Please fix this. Otherwise the effects are amazing!:).

Every time i would try to export my movie it would crash. Just to save you patience i would not recommend this app.

This app couldn’t even open, or rather I couldn’t, a file to work from. It immediantly comes up with purple screen that has you changing formats when I’m working with the most common formats there are. One from the solar system Nebula 3b3 or Huston Tx. because is this lame app can’t figure out MP4 file then guys… go back to serving corn dogs

I wanted to produce a slideshow with video segments and accompanying music. I can not download my iPhoto library, can not upload videos and can not add music. I can not manage the randomly selected slide transitions and some of them are terrrible and distracting. Wasted four hours trying to create a usable presentation and it does not work. I am deleting the app.

i purchased this last night and it doesn’t even work i’m severly disappointed all it says is an error has occured it will not let me add music or any of my pictures I want my 5.99 back,!
